There are many like me out there who have anxiety. Some more-so and less-so than I. But we are all one tribe falling down the rabbit hole together and understanding that sometimes we just have to stop, breathe, and listen to our bodies.

Monday, May 11, 2009. The only way of finding the limits of the possible is by going beyond them into the impossible. Spring Forum was very exciting! I was so glad to see that the girls got along so well. I can tell they will be close just like my class was! The speakers at the forum were amazing, and I took so many notes.
